ORDERS

How do I know if my order has been confirmed? After completing your purchase, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder.

Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contacto@3rdloop.com . We will do our best to help, but if the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot guarantee the change or cancellation.


SHIPPING

How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track the delivery on the carrier's website.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

My item arrived damaged. What should I do? We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, sending your order number and photos of the damaged item to contacto@3rdloop.com. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
